Depending on areas the tattoo typically lasts between 1 and 4 years, this can last forever with yearly colour boosts. Eyeliner and Lip blush only tend to need a colour boost every 3-4 years. For the best results a top up every 18 months or so is recommended for your brows. Whilst we would love permanent makeup to last forever, unfortunately the way the bodies cells renew, any tattoo which is over 4/5 years old will start to look a bit blurred. this is not a good look on the face. Yes. Here at Virginia Beau, I specialise in LI-FT tattoo removal for unwanted small tattoos (up to the size of a deck of cards) or permanent makeup. This can take multiple sessions and will require a consultation to fully understand the removal process. Each session can be done 8 weeks apart.

I have added a brand new Q Switch ND Yag Medical Grade British built Laser machine to the clinic. Allowing us to gently, yet effectively removal Permanent Makeup as well as body tattoos. Multiple sessions may be required depending on how saturated the ink is, where the tattoo is on the body and how many colours are in the tattoo. Removing pigments and ink requires an in depth knowledge of how they are made. Different areas of the body and different inks, as well as the initial application will all have an effect on how they remove.
