Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable booking fee is required to book any appointment at Virginia Beau Aesthetics. This will go towards the price of treatment (unless it is a consultation and you decide not to go ahead/ not suitable for the procedure).

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required should you wish to re book. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the booking fee will be lost and the procedure may not be able to go ahead.

All Permanent Makeup requires 2 procedures, the top up procedure must be carried out between 6-12 weeks after your initial procedure. After 12 weeks it will be charged as a 3-12 month top up.

If 2 or more appointments are missed/cancelled, payment will be due in full to make an appointment in future. Missing appointments, no-calls/no-shows can also result in automatic refusal of future services.
